Order Agreement
By placing an order, customers confirm all jackets are produced specifically for them according to the confirmed design, material, and size details.
Order Confirmation
Production begins only after customers confirm their order via the specified method (email, WhatsApp, or website message).
Payment Terms
Full payment via PayPal is required before production starts.
Bulk orders may allow partial payments or deposits as agreed.
Cancellation Policy
Before order confirmation: Free cancellation
After confirmation but before palette cutting: Cancellation allowed with partial deduction for materials/design
After palette cutting/production start: Cancellation not possible
Bulk/wholesale orders follow the same rules, though processing time and price may differ.
Production & Delivery
Production: 3–5 days per jacket (longer for bulk or complex orders)
Delivery from Pakistan: 7–10 working days after dispatch
Customisation
Customers may customise material, lining, style, and measurements. All details must be confirmed before production begins.
Sizing & Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate measurements or select the correct size from the chart.
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information.
Customers are responsible for proper care and maintenance of jackets; damage from misuse is not covered.
No Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered except when the error is ours, and the customer chooses a replacement.
Address Changes
Changes are allowed before dispatch only.
After dispatch, we are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.
Dispute Resolution
All claims and disputes are investigated fairly, but the company’s decision is final based on evidence.
Product Disclaimer
Colours, textures, and lighting may vary slightly due to screen settings or natural leather variations.
Bulk / Multiple Orders
Processing time and price may differ for multiple or rush orders.
Governing Language & Policy Updates
Policies are written in English.
We may update these policies at any time; the latest version applies to all orders.
