Made-to-Order Production
All leather jackets are produced on demand. Customers may select standard sizes from our chart or provide custom measurements. Each jacket is manufactured from scratch according to the confirmed specifications.
Returns & Refunds
Returns or refunds are only accepted if the error is on our side, such as wrong size, design, material, or manufacturing defects.
Customers may choose a replacement jacket with corrected specifications or a full refund for valid mistakes.
No returns or refunds for customer measurement errors, change of mind, or use of the jacket.
Evidence Requirement
Claims must be supported with clear photographic or video evidence consistent with our pre-dispatch records.
Return Shipping Costs
If the error is ours, we cover the return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible.
Reporting Timeframe
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests for returns/refunds due to valid mistakes must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
